Available Position: Customer Service Representative
Since 1902, Grand Mound Communications, has been a progressive provider of communication services in beautiful eastern Iowa between Dubuque and Davenport.

This is achieved by providing customers precise answers to questions, quick and accurate responses and offering solutions to individual needs – while being truly passionate about their satisfaction (they’re friends and neighbors after all). A snapshot of duties include:
- Provide a quality customer experience by actively listening and effectively educating customers regarding product/service (internet, telephone, video) features and benefits.
- Process all order types and determine requirements, answer inquiries, solve problems, fulfill requests, and apply payments.
- Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets and become proficient with our software system.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions while building customer relationships and earning their trust.
We are looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A decent technical aptitude and a penchant for basic accounting won’t hurt either.
